Chris has came to the rescue on two separate occasions! His calm and rational approach to diagnostic and trouble shooting found a pin hole leak in my plumbing and it was able to be fixed expeditiously. He was also able to stop yearly backups and pipe cleaning by going the extra mile to ensure that the work was done throughly and he treated the job as though he was the homeowner. It has been 4 years and no backups since Chris came out. His knowledge of old home plumbing solutions is second to none. Highly recommend!!
